7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Please contact us at support@roecreativebrands.com with your concern and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

8. How long does it take to receive my art print?
